Welcome to the Federal Hill Neighborhood Association’s guide to parking within Area 9 of the City of Baltimore’s Residential Parking Program. The entirety of Area 9 is contained within the boundaries of FHNA and the neighborhood association provides a volunteer to serve as a liaison with the Parking Authority of Baltimore City; the agency that manages the Residential Parking Program. The volunteer also represents the interests of the residents of Area 9 on the Residential Parking Program Advisory Board. The current Area 9 representative is Jason Tyler.
