You will need to either apply for you permit online at http://baltimorecity.gov/government/parking/rpp/index.php before you move into Area 9 or in person at the Parking Authority offices as soon as possible. No matter which route you choose the passes will NOT be mailed to you so you will be required to visit the Parking Authority offices in person to sign for and collect your passes. Baltimore City recognizes that you may not have all of the necessary registration paperwork completed when you first move to the area so, providing you can demonstrate your residency at your new address, they will often issue a temporary permit to allow you time to make the necessary changes to your vehicle registration.

 

You will be able to pay for your permits online or in person when you collect them. Payment must be made by credit card or by check as the Parking Authority does not accept cash.
